The rooms were really good and I also got an upgrade to the executive room. The staff was really cooperative and the lady at the reception desk Muriel was also very friendly

The staff were extremely friendly. My children were unwell and when I contacted the reception, the staff were really helpful. They put me through an in-house GP and when hospital treatment was required, they recommended the best hospital in Karachi. The staff had the taxi ready in the middle of the night and I was escorted to the hotel taxi straightaway. The driver was exceptional. On our way back from the hospital, he stopped to get food items the pediatrician had recommended for my child. One of the cleaning staff was also brilliant. My children were sick and he did not hesitate to clean even though I’d insisted I’ll clean up myself and for him to hand over the cleaning products. It’s because of the service I receive I end up returning to this hotel.

It was a little bit dated. I’ve stayed here a few times over the years but nothing has changed. They would benefit from modernizing the place. The hotel was clean but I think an upgrade to the room furnishings would be good.
