The house overall quiet and clean.
Very friendly welcome from Yasser and helpful in all questions.
Good location with a view over the old Medina.

When I arrived the place had no lights on and there was no one at the desk. Eventually a young man emerged from a dark room and seemed to have no record of my booking -even though paid in advance via booking.com. In my bathroom the shower leaked so badly it flooded the whole room - i reported it to one of the staff - nothing was done that day or for the rest of my stay - or replacement of the wet towels. The only staff there were two young man - one very timid and polite but with not a lot of knowledge of what was going on - the other young man who mainly stood outside the main door was generally rude, disinterested and sometimes verbally aggressive. In the mornings often there was no one around and the front door locked even at 8.30am when breakfast was meant to be served. The place was in darkness and I had to shout out to hope to wake one of the men up who were sleeping on the sofas to let me out. So all in all a total travesty of even a 'budget' hotel and would not recommend it to anyone - the mattress had stains on it and no acknowledgement of the leaking shower etc. A shame as the layout of the riad and the decoration of the rooms were ok.
Terrible stay at Dar L9dima! My friend’s money and my drinks were stolen, and the receptionist didn’t care—no cameras for security! When we came back at 7 AM, he yelled at us saying, “You must come back by 2 AM!” even though we paid for our rooms. Rude staff, no safety. Never again!

Very friendly welcome from Yasser. Fresh Moroccan tea and helpful in all the questions I had. House overall quiet and clean, with roof terraces and view over the old Medina. Breakfast is prepared individually depending on your wishes when you want to get up.Room equipped with only the essentials but that is absolutely justified for the price. Two very young kittens live on the terrace, they are well taken care of too.

We were received by people who hardly spoke... A riad.... It sounds good... but in the end, this one smelled of humidity... room without natural light, bathroom from another era.
