The staff is so kind and nice - makes a huge difference for a short stay!!! Complimentary simple breakfast (and mimosas!!!) were excellent to start a fun day in the Keys. The location is perfect too, we walked everywhere, no car needed, you're in the middle of everything! It's soooo nice that they have complimentary parking, because parking in Key West can be very expensive for a couple of days.

The AC unit was pretty loud, I wish it would cool better. But with a ceiling fan and AC - it was fine. The bathroom and shower are tiny, but the room is spacious for 2.
Small quiet accommodation. Had my own terrace (Room 6). Right on Duval street, just a few steps. Good coffee and breakfast. The fact that parking was included. However, it is not directly at the accommodation. Lovely little room.

The staircase for the upper rooms is very narrow, which is not so practical with a large suitcase. (There is no elevator. But it was okay. A bit difficult to check-in, as there is no place on-site where you can briefly park the car.

The bathroom/shower smelled like sewage and the bathroom/sink area was very small. I wish this property would turn the hot tub into a pool for the summer time.
