The first room had a broken air conditioning. After 3 out of 5 nights, I was given a new room in the evening. There the air conditioning was just very loud. The whole hotel looks very good at first glance, but upon closer inspection, money should urgently be invested. It is very far outside and there is a lot of construction around. Therefore, a lot of dust everywhere.
Reception team. They are very good at welcoming people, especially Sayed and Wanis from the reception team, they are very helpful and know how to welcome and assist clients. Room service team as well, Amro and Gamal, they are very helpful and provide very good service. Farah in the restaurant is very good and professional.
