Great location.

We arrived from Turin with Flixbus. We took a tram and, with 3 stops, we reached the Buddy hotel which is in front of Karlsplatz... really central and convenient location to public transport. Check-in and check-out are digital, with payment, for snacks, drinks and also hygiene products. In the morning, starting from 7 am, you will always find sweet snacks and free pretzels in the reception, as well as coffee, tea, sugar, and cream capsules. There are two elevators to reach the floors. Our room was really small but nice and comfortable. The bathroom had a toilet and a large shower cabin. The room had a double bed, sink, a small sofa, a small folding table, soap, towels, and a coffee and tea machine. It is all in dark gray and yellow tones with walls covered with decorated plexiglass with large yellow sunflowers. Really very cute. The windows cannot be fully opened because they have a safety lock and the shutters are electric. The room and the bathroom were really very clean. Overall, our experience was positive and we recommend it to friends.

It would have been nice to have a wardrobe but I understand that, being really small rooms, it would be impossible to fit one. And it would also be important to have a small refrigerator. Room cleaning, during the stay, is only done upon request and payment. They could at least empty the bins and change the towels if needed, including them in the price. However, for a few days' vacation, it's okay like this.

Unbearable stench of putrid from the bathroom; you must have it fixed! Upon entering the room, there was a polar temperature (air conditioning with the fan at maximum at 16 degrees, and outside it was 9 degrees)... pay attention! Microscopic and uncomfortable room. Zero reception, all automatic. Look for something else...
