Location, our room had a new aircon, really the room was so cold, we had a comfortable stay. The receptionist and bellman are all attentive and friendly.

Our room is big old, needs to fix some fixtures like the cabinet in the kitchen. The rice cooker they lent to us was a bit rusty. Hope they can look into it.
