The receptionist during the day was not very friendly, explained the rates with breakfast incorrectly, and couldn't close the accounts related to it. Therefore, we did not hire the service. The next day we asked the other receptionist, who was very friendly and explained everything more clearly. The price was not the same as what was offered on the first day. Since we were staying for a short time, we did not hire the service. However, when we were leaving the hotel, it appeared that we owed for breakfast as if we had hired it. Poor communication.
