Bathrooms and the rooms could be a bit brighter, with more illumination, especially at night.

Location was great and the facilities, the staff were all amazing. A credit to your brand, they were especially helpful due to the fact we had to stay an extra night because we had a delayed flight by 25 hours

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive - even special requests such as early check-in and late check-out were handled flexibly and without any fuss. The breakfast buffet impressed us every morning: a wide selection, fresh ingredients and everything tasting great. The rooms are generously sized and quietly located, so you sleep well despite being in the city. The location is ideal - the nearest metro station is a three-minute walk away, which makes getting around Santiago very easy.

The bathroom facilities are showing their age and look somewhat worn - a refurbishment would be welcome here. The room also got a little stuffy at times, as only one small window can be opened for ventilation.
