1. Cleanliness: A cockroach of a size never seen before greeted us from the entrance. Inside the room, there were cockroaches, ants, spiders, geckos, and more. We requested to change the room but it was not accepted. A man came and sprayed insecticide. We could feel the breath of insects that we had never felt even in the jungle. 2. Service: Only one security guard was stationed at the main gate, so we had to call for contact with the staff. However, the phone was rarely answered, and it took a long time to resolve issues. It took more than thirty minutes for someone to come to the room. Even to get the deposit back, we had to call. We clearly requested for someone to come before the check-out time, but it was not honored. They kept asking us to wait a few more minutes on the phone, causing a delay of more than thirty minutes. We almost missed the tour bus we had booked. Also, after housekeeping, our converter was broken. We demanded compensation, but they claimed it was not their fault and did not apologize or offer any compensation.
