Outdated rooms at hostel level, pipes running across the room ceiling as if you are sleeping in a sewer, smell of mold in the rooms, all hotel carpets are smelly with stains as if they haven't been cleaned for 40 years

Amazing staff, took care of everything we needed with kindness, excellent room for four friends with a beautiful, large balcony, amazing view, fun jacuzzi. I asked for a late check-out, there was no problem, they arranged parking inside the hotel.
