Good location near the metro and friendly customer service. Downstairs near the hotel, there are two gas stations, making it easy to grab a late-night snack, for example.

There were problems with the hotel reservation because the booking was made with a European card. The reservation was suddenly canceled during the vacation when we were in Busan, a couple of days before we arrived in Seoul. I rebooked the same hotel and had to pay a higher price. There was no compensation for this. So, it's not advisable to book a room with a European card; it's better to pay in advance! In addition, the room was quite ordinary for its price. In Finland, which is more expensive, you can get a similar hotel room for less.
