The rooms are extremely small and look much bigger in the photos. We were told that the minibar was complimentary, yet during our four-night stay, it was restocked only once. The breakfast was mediocre, with very few options suited to European tastes. I would rate the cleanliness 8 out of 10. The hotel is enormous and extremely crowded, with people constantly entering and leaving, which creates a rather chaotic atmosphere. There also seems to be a negative attitude towards smokers. The designated smoking area is isolated behind the hotel, in a strange and secluded location where you may feel unsafe, particularly at night. I noticed that there is a terrace near the reception area that could easily be used as a safer and more convenient smoking area, but unfortunately, smoking is not permitted there either.

Our room was rather small (double Hollywood) but it worked out okay. The carpets in the corridors all looked like there had been a water damage recently as all were loose and constituted trip hazards.
