Front desk staff not professional at all, looks like they didn’t enjoy helping clients. Asked for help, they started to laugh at me without reason. One staff member was vaping at the entrance of the hotel. Never saw or encountered this behavior at my previous hotels in Italy. Front desk should be retrained or removed.

Nice place to sleep and hit the road, but definitely not a hotel to spend time in. Quite comfortable, clean beds, fairly diverse, always fresh breakfast, and 24-hour reception and security, which increased the sense of security. I recommend!

Not very pleasant, rather neglected room interior, lack of hangers and bathroom curtain, poor ventilation, slippery tiled floor, and flickering light bulb without the option to turn it off.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the air conditioning was very cold and couldn't be adjusted. The shower had no curtain and created a mess.
