The location and cleanliness, the stairs are complicated and slippery because they are made of glass to go up to the room. The receptionist was very kind!

The parking charged us more than $600 pesos for the night and did not respect the $100 pesos cost with the hotel's agreement, because there was confusion with the sensor or card that the hotel gives you and it generates a ticket and they charge you for it... A total disappointment because it's better to stay in a more luxurious hotel!

The location is great, as central as can be. All the main sightseeing is within walking distance, plus plenty of great food options. The staff members are very nice and welcoming. Room was clean.

For a 'Deluxe Quadruple Room' in a '4 star' hotel, the room was very small and sparse in terms of furniture and comfort. The photos are flattering, it is closer to a nice hostel than a 4 star hotel. Storage space was minimal and the bathroom was purely basic/functional, and the AC unit did not work well at all. After the staff reset the AC, it got cooler, but not to the temperature we were trying to set with the remote. We were on the third floor, no elevator, and the only way up is a somewhat dicey narrow glass staircase that could pose a problem for elderly travelers or those with lots of luggage. The bedding also mildly irritated my skin and had me itching.

Convenient location for sightseeing with plenty of souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. Although vehicles cannot enter in front of the hotel, you can easily find taxis a few meters away, so it's not a problem. The staff is cheerful and kind. It was helpful that there were people who understood English. They kindly explained how to get hot water and the time it takes for hot water to come out. The room has a spacious bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower room. There is a refrigerator and air conditioning. The wallpaper pattern was unique, and the wall design with stones was innovative.
