Pool area was nice. Plenty of room for us.(couple)We had a room that over looked the pool area. Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Hotel was very helpful at all times. no complaints.We had a driver from hotel who was great in helping see the sites of Cairo. Was best person we met there. he took great us us. Rewarded him for his effort. For our room , no complaints there. Plenty of room and liked the balcony and view. Was quiet and relaxing during our stay.

As for the hotel , no complains. Enjoyed our time there. Was better than I thought this area would be. Not much in and around the hotel to do by foot . Water park a little crowed in the afternoon/
Beautiful hotel and excellent reception staff, especially Sarah, who is exceptional without exaggeration; very respectful and very friendly, understanding the guest's requests even without asking for them. The water park is beautiful but crowded on weekends, and an important note is that it is from 9 to 10 am for guests only because after that other people enter, so you can make use of this hour. Regarding the restaurant, sorry to say the entire restaurant staff are frowning except for the girl who takes the room number when we enter, anyone you meet inside is frowning; you don't have to smile, but relax your faces while dealing with people. To the extent that I say good morning to the chef, he doesn't respond to me, and the one who is next to him asks what I want 😂. This is my only note, other than that everything is fine

The hotel requires renovations. The aqua park is open to hotel guests from 9-10am only. After 10am it is open to the public, so it becomes crowded and unclean. The rides are good but not clean and very busy. Some machines in the gym are broken.
