The hotel management is bad and it's not safe to keep valuable items in the room safe. I lost $1500 and they did nothing about it.

There is no open buffet for lunch or dinner.

The furniture is old and does not match a 5-star hotel. No amenities in the bathroom, corridors look old or maybe even under renovation (not sure). Most of the staff speaks very basic English or none at all.
