We had forgotten 2 items in the room, and the hotel immediately responded that they had retrieved and kept them for us. They returned them to us 2 weeks later when we returned to Tokyo. We really appreciated it.

The card game lounge closes quite early in the evening, which is a bit of a shame.

It was our first time visiting Japan, and we could not have been happier with our choice of this hotel. We had a wonderful stay and found it to be an excellent base for exploring Tokyo, especially as a family. The staff were always polite, welcoming, and very helpful. The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Asakusa, just 100 meters from Sensō-ji Temple. The hotel is surrounded by lively shopping streets, restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops, so there is always something to see or do within walking distance. Don Quijote Asakusa is also very close by, which was extremely convenient for shopping. Another pleasant surprise was the nearby amusement park, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. My kids absolutely loved it! It was especially nice to have a fun place nearby where we could spend a few hours during the hot summer afternoons. Also, the Asakusa metro station is not that far away (about a 10-minute walk), and you can reach Shibuya directly via the Ginza Line. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed the atmosphere and convenience of staying in Asakusa. For families visiting Tokyo, especially for the first time, I would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. The rooms were smaller, so we booked two rooms. But it's expected, so no complaining.

There was a water server, so I thought it was very convenient not to have to buy water. The amenities were plentiful, and I had a comfortable stay.

Laundry amenities on floor were great. Free happy hour was nice. Small shaving cream, lotion, etc., in the lobby was great. The coffee packets were really good too
