This is my 4th at Holiday Inn Express. First The hotel location is very near to Sarinah Mall. Easy for us to hunt for food along the road outside the hotel. Near to Tanah Abang. Very easy to get Grab to places. The room, bed, toilet comfortable and clean. Breakfast is quite sumptious, many choices.

The lighting is abit deem. For young couple they will like it. Not for us, senior couple...Hahaha...

Was given a smoking floor even though we asked for a non smoking room. So the floor smell wasn't pleasant. Hotel Breakfast was pretty bad and very limited.
