Our stay was great, largely due to the friendliness of all the staff and the room, although it didn't have a good view, was very comfortable and clean. The staff helped us book a tour to the elephant sanctuary, taking care of all the logistics, and this activity greatly enriched our time in Chiang Mai.

The only slightly negative point was indeed the view from the room. However, considering that we were exploring the area during the day, it didn't affect our experience at all.
The staff welcomed us very kindly every time. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good. We really liked the bathroom.

I expected it to be closer to the center. Around 20 minutes walk. Also, I thought the room was a bit larger; we were tight with the 2 suitcases of 20kg each.
