We absolutely cannot recommend this hotel, especially not for families with children. Late in the evening, we found two live cockroaches in our room. When we were forced to evacuate the room in the middle of the night with children in a panic and stress, we received very inadequate information from the reception regarding the alternative accommodation. This led to a misunderstanding in the acute crisis situation, and the hotel has since completely refused to take responsibility or compensate us for the extra costs caused by their pest problem. Incredibly poor handling, lack of hygiene, and a completely cold-hearted treatment afterwards. Choose another hotel!
