I read in every single review out there that their Concierge service is really bad. And those reviews weren’t lying. The Concierge person makes passive aggressive so adorable. I really wanted to be pacific aggressive for two or three weeks just to be cool like him. Next time guys believe whatever you read. The problem in China, you cannot use Google Maps or anything so you are under the mercy of the Concierge of your Hotel. So search for the best Concierge rather than the best hotel in China. And this one is not it. But to be fair, the managers were very helpful and nice people.
