The kitchen is too basic/deficient in many rooms. (Have tried about 10 different ones now.) Bathtub instead of shower.

The kitchen is only for making tea/coffee, not food. And then (usually partially functional) fridge for cooling drinks and purchased food.

The shower is problematic because it only has the overhead shower and not the handheld showerhead, which requires adjusting the cold/hot water mix while under the shower!
