No washing machine, and it is definitely not comparable to a 4- or 5-star hotel. They convert USD at a rate of BDT 130, while the actual bank rate is around 122–123. This was not mentioned on the Booking.com listing, and they only informed us at checkout. This is a serious issue and feels like a clear case of misleading pricing.

The staff here are very good, the restaurant food is tasty, the rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. Also the building is very close to shops and restaurants.

AC was not functioning well; bedroom was warm Shower gutter was blocked, had to ask maintenance to fix it Reception staff need to be trained to be more courteous and pleasant, the one lady was quite rude and claimed to not understand English.
