We had booked a corner studio suite with a king-size bed which was not assigned to us. We ended up in a very small classic room with a king-size bed! After an endless discussion, we did not get what we wanted. The breakfast room was noisy and the menu options were very limited. We left very disappointed and dissatisfied with this hotel experience, with staff who did not listen to us. A place to avoid....
Hafiz the bellman was very professional, friendly, attentive, and helpful during our checkout. As I was juggling flowers, suitcases, and etc. Hafiz helped make our stay end on a very high note, and we are so grateful.
