The location and staff were great, always helpful and friendly, with a place close to the area I was visiting. Also, there is an underground station just 5mins walk away.

Cleanliness was poor. There are "no smoking" signs everywhere, and people kept smoking across the corridors on a daily basis. Carpets need some cleaning as well.
