Apartment type without hotel services, but with all the structure and comfort for the inhabitant to feel comfortable. Well located in a central region.

This is not a place for everyone. A very pleasant chalet style house within easy walking distance of everything in Oranjestad. Need a car (about $500 for two weeks to get round the island. Far more interesting than staying in an anonymous hotel and only 2 minutes from the sea. Fred, the owner, was charming and very helpful. So don't stay there if you want pampered luxury, do if you want to explore a fascinating place

Rafa was super helpful. He picked us up from the airport, took us on a little city tour and showed us everything, gave tips on events, arranged a rental car for us, and constantly tried to make our stay even more beautiful. Since our double bed was quite narrow, for example, we got an extra bed so that we could both sleep comfortably. The only thing that wasn't so great was the internet reception. Although Rafa tried for days, it remained terrible, so we did not extend our stay.
