Excellent location next to Ueno Park and in the middle of Ueno shopping district. Also super convenient if you’re flying in or out of Narita as it’s literally next to the Keisei Ueno Station which has a Skyliner stop. Cute restaurant downstairs if you get a breakfast voucher, and

No laundry on site and nearest laundromat is kinda out of the way. Many floors but only two elevators so gets crowded at times, also the 2nd floor where the vending machine and ice are located takes a while to get an elevator that goes back up to your floor.
The location is wonderful next to Ueno Station and you are next to a beautiful park full of culture and markets to shop and eat well
