Location
When we arrived, they gave us a room which was dirty, as you can see in the pictures. They told us they would clean it and that we could leave our things in the room. When we got there, our hoodies weren't there. We asked and looked everywhere, and they finally said they would call us, which they never did. We had to spend extra money because we had nothing to keep warm with.
It was a convenient location wherever we went! The kitchen was available for our use, and the laundry was also helpful with reasonable prices! All the staff members were kind!

The kitchen was not very clean. The sink was clogged.
