At breakfast time, the guy went to refill the juice, instead of taking it in a pitcher he took it in a bucket. Unbelievable in a bucket.

The breakfast has little variety other than bread/cake, only the egg as protein, the coffee machine was not working on one of the days. I found out that other hotels had a transfer to the event, Monalisa didn't have it, they informed me that it was due to the number of participants, however, in a quick count, there were at least 10 guests from the same event as me. Another request was for an iron to iron clothes and the hotel does not provide it.
