Everything was excellent.

Our favorite part of this hotel was the staff, they all went above and beyond for us. The location was also great and the bed was super comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious and breakfast buffet was nice.

The location is very well located (a few minutes from Plaza de Armas), staff rating 10, stored our luggage so we could go to Machu Picchu. In addition, they prepared a breakfast kit on the days we went on tours and left before breakfast. Truly outstanding. Top breakfast, very nice and hot shower, very comfortable bed, nothing to improve, it's already great.

Could have a minibar in the room, other than that nothing to improve, everything was incredible
