One thing to keep in mind is that in order to enter the parking lot, you need to be able to call Croatian numbers from your cell phone, which we couldn't do. I tried calling from my personal phone and the call didn't go through either.

Excellent location. Beach is 5 minutes away. Excellent, in a small bay, considered public, but few people as there is no car access. Very clean and transparent water. Staff is always in touch.

Very dirty path on the stairs from any apartment to the sea. 3 minutes among feces and garbage. The room in the guest house is very small, dark, and damp. In 10 days, they did not change the bed linen for us, but offered clean towels. The whole complex is cleaned by a very good girl with a tired face. 30 meters away is the helicopter pad of the Clinical Hospital. It did not cause me any inconvenience, although I woke up at night. I will look for another option next year.

The location is next to a quiet beach, and a twenty-minute walk will take you to the center of Split. The air conditioning works very well and the bed is comfortable.

When we booked, we chose this apartment because it had a large terrace with armchairs and hammocks, that's what we saw in the pictures and what we expected upon arrival, but it wasn't like that. There were no hammocks, there was a chair and two armchairs that did not have a protective cover to sit on, we complained to the owner and basically he laughed at us. He neither gave us a solution nor apologized, it was all excuses and mockery. Also, we observed the terrace next door and the equipment was much better than ours, as seen in the attached images. The sea views shown in the pictures uploaded to Booking are no longer real because the trees have grown, so you only see Olive trees. On the other hand, when they came to change the towels, they did not remove the trash from the bathroom bin (which was full of intimate hygiene remains...) nor did they change the kitchen cloth. The kitchen pan is too large for the size of the stove. The space between the bed and the wall is tiny, there is only a small table. The sofa is very uncomfortable.
