Hotel is kind of close to the historic center of Cuzco but in a part slightly separated from the city by a closed street, which is both an advantage and a disadvantage, we had trouble finding the hotel after a long journey. The staff was very helpful, breakfast options had to be chosen the day before from a short menu. The rooms already show signs of wear and tear, needing refurbishment, but overall cleaning was done daily. In general, hotels in Peru cannot be judged according to European standards.

Next time I would choose a hotel in the very center of historic Cuzco, but for some it's a disadvantage and for others an advantage.
The front desk staff was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had while we were there. We also loved that breakfast was included with options to choose from.
