Very noisy area (right by a big road), and not many restaurants around. When I arrived, the complimentary bottle of water was opened and half empty and there were long dark hairs on the floor in the bathroom (I have short hair). Also, the room smelled of sewage every now and then which I guess came from the drain in the shower (I let the front desk know)

Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand an der Rezeption. Ein funktionierender Self-Check-in oder Hinweise zur Schlüsselübergabe fehlten ebenfalls. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Gleichzeitig konnten wir die Tiefgarage nicht verlassen, weil das Parksystem eine Zahlung verlangte, die vor Ort nicht möglich war. Dass erst ein anderer Hotelgast helfen musste, damit wir überhaupt einchecken konnten, spricht für sich. Die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings fanden wir auch Silberfischchen. Für mich gehört zu einem Hotel ein funktionierender Check-in und eine erreichbare Ansprechperson. Diese grundlegenden Erwartungen wurden hier nicht erfüllt.
Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Leider wurde das Zimmer bei 2 Tagen Aufenthalt nur unzureichend vom Housekeeping hergerichtet. Zumindest sollten mal die Betten ordentlich gemacht werden.

Es wurden Fahrräder zur kostenfreien Nutzung von Beginn an angeboten; allerdings waren diese Räder allesamt defekt! Zudem standen nur 3 Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage für Hotelgäste zur Verfügung. Sorry, aber das ist für ein Hotel mit mindestens bis zu 100 Betten etwas dünn. Lieber in dieser Hinsicht nichts anbieten, um letztlich die Hotelgäste diesbezüglich nicht zu enttäsuchen.

Es ist schwierig, auf der Straße einen Parkplatz zu finden. Es war etwas laut.

Leider sehr hellhörig, man kann von den Zimmernachbarn deren Gespräche folgen. Leider sehr reduziert eingerichtet. Gemütlich war es leider nicht.
