Unfortunately, I couldn't try everything, but I was absolutely overwhelmed by how great the rooms were and the amazing breakfast. A clever mix of local and Western cuisine. I haven't slept this well in a long time, and Anren is simply a super cute neighborhood. Also important: the reception staff speak English! I was even escorted to the elevator and got the breakfast for free because I actually wanted a smaller room, but there were none left.

It’s very close to the museum town that we are about to visit. Parking is huge, and free.

The doorman/gatekeeper is exceptionally rude to the guests. His attitude is unacceptable for a hotel staff member. However, the manager was nice and addressed our complaint, resolving the issue.

I thought the hotel was in downtown Chengdu. It turned out to be 50km away. Google Maps made a mistake by indicating the wrong location. But the hotel was great.

The gym toilets and changing rooms needed a deep clean, the air conditioning in a hot gym was not switched on despite guests being there.
