Location was good

I asked for a double when I booked 4 weeks in advance, but was give a twin. A twin is useless to a solo traveller. The staff were unhelpful when I raised my issue. It felt like they did not like customers who booked through bookings.com. The bar felt a bit more like a travel lodge than a holiday inn.

Parking. On the website, we were recommended a parking garage that we could pay for at the reception with a discount. Upon arrival, the reception informed us that they no longer had a contract with the parking garage for 2 weeks. Since we had asked in advance about parking and they had also recommended this parking garage via email. This was an unpleasant surprise.

The room was lovely; however, the bed was one of the worst I have slept in. Personally, I prefer a firm mattress - I felt like I was drowning in the one I had! (room 346)

Hotel only 150 meters from the station and also convenient to reach the center on foot, we had a fantastic modern style junior suite with bath and shower all very clean and with an amazing view of the city. Good international breakfast & friendly staff. Thank you
