Would give it a 5 star however my room AC was broken for 3 days - and we only got it changed on the 4th/7 nights. Food options are available, activities every day Recommended for families with babies to 8 years old, not worth it for teenagers, At your seat service was great.

I made a reservation for my birthday, I went with my mom, my husband, and my daughter reserved 3 days 2 nights. First, since we arrived at the hotel, the check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm, we waited until 3:30 pm and they told me that you and your husband can go up to your room and I said how about my mom and her room? Oh, can she go with you, her room will be next to yours as they are finishing cleaning it. I was shocked, okay, we went up because I was with my baby and they promised to call or I should call, it was 4 and nothing, so I called and they said okay, you can go to your room, it's almost ready but you can enter. When we arrived at your room, the cleaning lady was leaving, she closed the door and told us to open it with the key, so we tried and nothing, we went back to my room and I called reservations and they said that my mom should go down to get the key, at that moment I asked them to connect me with a supervisor because how was my mom going to go so far to get a key, then they said okay, we will send one almost at 5 in the afternoon. Later we called because the air conditioning was not working, they sent someone to check it and according to him, he fixed it but nothing, it never worked during the days we were there. The second night we called for the same issue and nothing, they answered and hung up and never called back. When you went to reception, no one helped you at all, you called and nothing, a bad attitude. We wanted to make a reservation at one of the restaurants and nothing, we couldn't. We went to reception to see if they could help us and they told us that it was not their job there.

Food options were terrible, our TV did not work until our 4th day, the power kept going in and out, then we had to go a few hours without any water in our room so we couldn’t take a shower. When we told customer service, they did nothing to compensate us but give us a sorry.

Staying at an amazing hotel with great food is such a treat, isn't it? Imagine walking into a beautifully decorated room and instantly feeling relaxed. The smell of delicious food wafting from the restaurant always gets my attention. Having someone else cook amazing meals while on vacation is the best. I wish I was there right now!
