We had to wait for a while to check in to our room, but it was worth the wait because they upgraded up to a premium room with beautiful view!

The room was very spacious with a spectacular view of the Nha Trang coastline. The bed was amazing and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The staff were approachable and professional, particularly the reception staff. It was great having an entrance area off the street and the staff were always there to assist with luggage and taxis. The location is excellent with Vin Pearl Plaza right across the road. It offered very competitive money exchange and a huge supermarket.

We felt the outside bar area could improve. The younger staff were slow to clear away dirty dishes and glasses and service was slow. Once when a customer broke a plate it was on the floor for a long time with shards of china scattered about on the floor. We also ordered a pizza from the restaurant and whilst the taste was good, it came with excess flour all over the bottom of the crust which detracted from the eating experience.
