The hotel is well located at the west end of The Riva. The room had partial sea view as detailed. Better than expected. The room decor was as shown in photos (but not my taste).

We requested a paid invoice receipt at checkout. “Can’t do that. We will send it to you by email.” What’s the issue? Should be automatic. And still received nothing! Corridors/escape routes used to loosely store guest bedding. Room is barren, empty fridge, no water, just 2 tea bags, no sugar. The room TV needs to be programmed.
