Cleanliness needs improvement, the equipment is old. The hallways should be renovated.

Excellent location, very clean, staff are really friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was fabulous. Easy to get to from the airport. Very organized and secure luggage storage. The scent in the foyer was very elegant and inviting!

Carpets on the 4th-floor hallway could be freshened up but not a problem at all

The room smelled of drains/sewage. The front desk did change the room, though we were also told by the front desk we could order room service until midnight but it was not the case. As we had arrived late, it was disappointing to get misleading information.
