Although the team was friendly, I struggled to have a good experience. Breakfast was good, although my order could not be completed (unripe avo) but wasn't given the opportunity to add another ingredient. My husbands packed breakfast consisted of a triple decker dry bread with some cheese and ham. Which was ready at 06h15 after it was organized for 06h00. The first night waws very noisy. My husband had to go out at 01h00 to quiet them down. The second night was better. They couldn't provide me with a firmer pillow - reason - the rooms were fully booked and there were no additional pillows available. I requested a round plug for the provided hair dryer - which was broken.

Such a lovely Hotel :-) The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. Attention to detail throughout the Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic. Lovely views. Will definitely book there again on my next work tip. Thank you.

Nothing, everything was amazing. Just a suggestion though, my room had a hairdryer - which was fantastic, however no plug adapter to plug it into.

The location is not so close to the waterfront, about 20 minutes. On the other hand, it is by the sea with an incredible view of Table Mountain (when she wants to be seen, lol). The breakfast is exceptional, both in quality and quantity and options. Room Palms 1 is very comfortable. The staff is very attentive and helpful! Cost-benefit out of high season was excellent!
