Ich hatte noch nie eine so schäbige Unterkunft, abgewohnte Möbel, der Lift war kaputt, die Gänge schmutzig und vermüllt. Das Zimmer im 12. Stock. Der Boden komplett beschädigt. der Balkon voller Müll, die Fenster komplett verschmutzt, die Jalousien mit Paketkleber geklebt, die Couch war kaputt, das Bett war kaputt, der Spiegelrahmen war kaputt. Ich war echt entsetzt.

Das ganze Haus ist eine halbe Baustelle. Der Lift funktionierte nicht. Ich musste über die Treppe ins 7. OG. Für mich wars ja noch machbar, aber für die zwei Touristinnen mit ihren riesigen Koffern unmöglich. Das Fenster im Zimmer schloss nicht richtig. Das Stromkabel des Fernsehers, der fix an der Wand hängt, ist 10cm zu kurz und so kann der Fernseher gar nicht verwendet werden. Es wirkte unsauber. Der Tisch war sogar richtig klebrig und ich hatte ein Frottee Tuch als Tischdecke verwendet. Immerhin waren die Tücher und das Bettzeug sauber.

J'étais au 8ème étage et l'ascenseur était en panne. Pas de lumière dans la salle de bain. La télé ne fonctionnait pas. Les escaliers étaient très sale (bout de verre, papiers...). Un petit gel douche de 2cl pour les 2 jours. Bref, je n'ai jamais vu un tel établissement en Suisse

Please fix your elevators. I was at the 10th Floor..no elevator. People with mobility issues what do they need to do when they arrive and no elevator??also no microwave..bed needs to be replaced asap. It looks a bit like a student house
