The price and location are the most attractive. The communication has been through messages and both the tone and the efficiency of the management are very good. No problem for check-in. The bunk bed is very comfortable and the WiFi is perfect.

It's not bad, but the facilities are just enough for the large number of people there. If there is low turnout, everything is more than correct, but at peak times it is evident that there is not enough capacity for everyone in common areas such as the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms, etc. At least one more cleaning shift is needed during peak hours. We are aware that it is not a hotel, but the lack of maintenance of common areas gives a very bad impression. Damaged furniture, dirty bathrooms, etc...

the location is good, it is closer to the terminal, subway, bus station, supermarket, also good personal, you can cook and keep your groceries in the fridge.

It was for us, the first time in a hostel. I was a bit terrified, but I must say it didn't go bad. The structure is minimal, a shared kitchen that we didn't use, but other guests did. The bathrooms, shared, those for women not bad, quite clean, as well as the showers, I took a shower in the evening and the water was very hot. The room was small, without a window, but clean. All in all, the first time in a hostel wasn't bad.

Towels were not provided and it was not clear to me at the time of booking. The men's bathrooms were worse than the women's and above all, they were dirtier, my boyfriend found 2 out of 3 clogged, although the problem was later resolved. The location is not the best for getting around Stockholm, we stayed only one night and it was not a problem

The location, very close to the station. Staying here, even to go downtown, you don't need to take public transport.

The rooms have too little space for the number of beds present. The bathrooms and showers are too few for the number of guests. And finally, the cleanliness of the premises, also due to guests leaving papers on the floor, dirty bathrooms, and unwashed dishes.
