No AC. Limited signs on stairways, and if okay to use. The elevator was broken and we were stuck on the second floor.
I've traveled a lot, but this was my first stay at A&O. It was quite interesting to see the systematic and not small scale, convenience for travelers, etc., unlike what I had heard. I was able to have a comfortable sleep in what seemed like an upgraded room, and it is a good value accommodation with a good location. Highly recommended to fellow travelers around.

The only downside was, oddly enough, being charged for early check-in, which was problematic. The accommodation side did not admit it, and despite showing evidence such as emails and contact details, it led to unwanted time wastage, but ultimately, the issue was resolved, and I could rest comfortably. It was a well-organized accommodation, but it seemed that the manager needed to make an effort to manage their stern expression.
