The rooms smell damp, the shower doesn't work well in all rooms, the breakfast is really not good. Also, the laundry service is unsatisfactory: the smell was weird, the items were still stained and damp. No option for a takeaway breakfast when going on an excursion.

Among the hotels I stayed in, this hotel had the worst breakfast, it's even ridiculous to call it breakfast. The heating in the room was not working and since the room did not get sunlight, it was always very cold. Although the blankets were comfortable, taking a shower in a cold room was really difficult because the infrastructure was old and the hot water was constantly cutting off. They told me that if I paid with a card from our arrival at the hotel, they would add a 5% commission to the amount written on booking.com, I think this is nonsense. I don't have to look for an ATM and exchange money after a 16-hour flight. Then I withdrew money from the ATM as they wanted and converted it into Peru soles, but they said I had to pay more due to the exchange rate difference. I did not accept this. The lady at the lobby understood the situation and talked to the manager and convinced him. I thank her, but overall, I must say that I found this hotel experience very bad.
