The water tasted strange. I was worried when it got into my mouth during showering and brushing my teeth. I conveyed that I am a Gold member and requested an upgrade, but it seemed like they did not understand. I was persuaded with 'Your room is already a good room.' It was disappointing being a Gold member.

Due to the epidemic, there were few breakfast options, and the hot water in the room bathtub was very small. It took more than half an hour to bathe, and it was considered lukewarm. But overall, the accommodation experience was still good.

Very nice hotel and a great location. The staff was very helpful when we needed and always had a smile. The food at this hotel is very tasty. We didn't miss anything. We will definitely stay here again.

The best hotel. Satisfied with the location, cost-effectiveness, and kindness. The buffet on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings is excellent.

The building itself is new, so it feels clean. The rooms are spacious and clean. There were 6 bottles of bottled water in the room, so there was no need to buy water during the stay. Also, there were 4 coffee portions, allowing you to enjoy espresso. The shower has plenty of hot water, so no issues there. I used the gym during my stay, and there were many state-of-the-art equipment plus a Smith machine, allowing for sufficient training. Free water and towels were provided. I only had breakfast. There were many varieties to enjoy, but I think there were a bit too many carbohydrates. However, the taste and variety were enjoyable without any problems. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is also well-reputed, so I would like to try it next time. They were accommodating with door opening, greetings during check-in and check-out, and late check-out. Although it is slightly away from the downtown area compared to Shangri-La and Pan Pacific, it is a recommended hotel where you can enjoy without any issues.

I stayed at Pullman Centrepoint hotel from 1/31/20 through 2/6/20. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there from the moment I checked in to the minute I walked out. The check-in was a breeze. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient at the same time. The property was relatively new, so it was very clean. Facilities and amenities are of good quality. Food was plentiful and fresh. I am usually hard to please, but this hotel is an exception. Also, I feel obligated to mention the name of a staff. It was none other than Harry, who upgraded my room to a premium deluxe. It was a corner room on the 11th floor with breathtaking views. I will surely come back. Please keep up the good work!

The hotel is simply superb, a luxurious oasis with high Western standards in the heart of Yangon. The rooms are top modern and clean, the service outstanding, and the Italian restaurant is fantastic. If I come back to Yangon, I will stay there again. It couldn't be better.
