Reception staff is exceptionally welcoming, hospitable, knowledgeable and helpful altogether. Location is superb next to a shopping mall, three metro lines and in walking distance of Jingshei Park overlooking Forbidden City complex.

Great location, right in the center but in a quiet area at night and with several metro lines and restaurants nearby. Noteworthy is the attention of the staff, they were very friendly and attentive at all times, they had a fridge with water available to guests and although we did not need it, they also offered laundry service or complimentary coffee/tea (no breakfast served). They helped us with the reservation for the Great Wall (Mutianyu area) and with the reservation of tickets for Tiananmen Square. The rooms were simple, but clean and had everything we needed.

The only negative for us was the lack of a shower screen in the bathroom.
It was great! Starting from the wonderful receptionists who helped with everything, called, checked and recommended. They were nice and helpful in everything I asked. Highly recommended. The room was as booked, very clean and also here the cleaning staff was excellent. Excellent location. Thank you
