I did not like the breakfast. I found it expensive compared to the quality of the products served. Freshly squeezed orange juice, for example, would be appreciated and the coffee machines do not serve good coffee.

Changing lifts to get to your room is a little annoying but not terrible. We felt that the staff were sad, like they’d been told not to interact with guests or they shouldn’t be ‘seen’. We had one incredibly lovely lady that worked evening in the club lounge, she was kind and fun. I enjoy engaging with people, it helps me get local information where I’m staying, that didn't happen. There was clearly a water issue in the hotel with the breakfast bar in the lobby surrounded with towels. Water pressure was ok.
