Upon my arrival, I noticed several significant issues: • The room lighting was not functioning properly. • The room was dirty and poorly maintained. • The electrical outlets were not working, especially those intended for charging my phone. • I observed the presence of insects in the room. • There was a lot of dust and dirt. • The overall condition of the room did not match what was presented at the time of booking

Unfortunately, our stay was far from pleasant. The cleanliness was really lacking: the bedspreads were dirty and a very unpleasant and persistent odor was present in the room, making the stay particularly uncomfortable. The staff was also very unfriendly and unwelcoming, which only worsened our bad experience. The location is another major issue: the hotel is located in an extremely noisy area, with the passage of transportation, passengers, and other guests, making it practically impossible to sleep properly, especially at night. The parking problem is also significant: there is practically no possibility to park your car nearby, which is very inconvenient. The room lighting was very disappointing: at night, the room was so poorly lit that one could barely see properly. Finally, the beds were far from comfortable, which, combined with the noise and bad odors, made the nights particularly unpleasant.
