Very little empathy with the client. They charged me in advance for a 3-day stay. I informed through Booking that I would arrive at 13:00, although the check-in time was at 16:00, which was very late. They did not respond. When I arrived after 13:00, after a 20-hour trip and 35 degrees, I called and they told me that the check-in was at 16:00 and I couldn't leave the luggage. I went to have lunch with all the luggage on me, then they wrote that if I paid 25€ they would let us in 2 hours earlier, which I found distasteful. At 15:30, they sent me an email outside of Booking, asking me to enter a page to check-in, where they asked for the same data already entered in Booking, and only at 16:00 they sent me the code for the apartment to get the key. On the other hand, 10 days after making the reservation, I received a WhatsApp from a strange number, claiming payment issues and asking to enter a website, when Booking showed payment and the amount was already deducted from my card on the day of the reservation. Very strange.
