ארוחת בוקר מאוד דלה ביחס למלונות אחרים במרקש, האוכל נגמר ולא ממלאים עד שמבקשים וגם אז היחס של המלצר היה די מזלזל.

The hotel overall and the restaurant, spa and sky bar and pool are great. The ladies at reception were fantastic too - very patient and kind. Had a great stay in general.

One male member of the reception team was extremely unhelpful on the phone and one of the waiters in the restaurant upstairs was just plain rude and actually shouted at me for following up on my order after it was 40 mins late. Quite unacceptable to behave that way to a hotel guest. 2 other members of staff came to apologize for his behaviour and seemed embarrassed by his reaction. Also had a small issue with the bathroom in one of the 7 rooms, we had reserved, but the ladies at reception resolved it extremely quickly and efficiently.
